We Accept Returns

Return Policy

We understand that sometimes you might change your mind so that's why we offer a 30 day return policy**. If you decide to return an item for any reason within 30 days after receiving your order please email us info@northstarfox.com with your order number and we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to process of the return. 

Please note that you as the customer will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs of the item(s) in your order, the original cost of shipping to your shipping address, 3% administration fee and you may be subject to a restocking fee. Once your return item(s) have been received and inspected at our warehouse(s), we will send you an email notification that we have processed your return payment (minus the initial cost of shipping the product to you, a 3% administration fee and a 10-40% restocking fee if applicable*).

*Note: In order to receive a refund for the item(s) that you ordered, the item(s) must be returned to our warehouse(s) in "Like New" condition and must contain all original packaging and accessories. "Like New" means that the items you ordered must not show any visual signs of wear. If item(s) are returned with visual signs of wear, or have any minor issues due to use, items may still qualify for return for "Refurbished Use" in this case a 40% restocking fee will be assessed depending on the condition of the item. Items that are damaged or show significant signs of wear will not be accepted and no refund will be given. If you decide you would like to return your order please email info@northstarfox.com with your order number and we will assist you. We want to make this process as smooth as possible for you.

Cancellations and Refunds

If you would like to cancel your order, please email or call us immediately to avoid return shipping fees. Cancellations received before item has shipped will receive a full refund. Orders canceled after items have shipped will follow our 30 day return policy above and you will be responsible for the actual return shipping costs. 

In order to expedite the process contact us at info@northstarfox.com for a return authorization. Any return made without an authorization won't be accepted and won't be refunded. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order.

Other Return Policy Notes:

  • Sea Eagle Return Policy: All sales of Sea Eagle products are final and no returns are accepted at this time for these products.
  • Malibu Kayaks Return Policy: All sales are final for Malibu Kayaks and we are not accepting any returns for these products at this time.
  • Brooklyn Kayak Company Return Policy: **If for some reason you do not like the model or type of kayak you purchased, as long as the item maintains a new condition, we offer a 14 day after delivery return policy. Please send an email to info@northstarfox.com and we will begin the process with you.
  • North Star Fox only sells to purchasers who intend to use the item(s) for the duration of its product lifespan. Orders purchased for the specific purpose of a one time use or temporary use  are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
