We Accept Returns

Return Policy

We stand by the quality of the products we sell but we shop to and we understand that sometimes you might change your mind or it turns out the product that you order was not what you thought it would be. This is why we offer a 30 day return policy. If you decide to return an item for any reason within 30 days after receiving your order please email us info@northstarfox.com with your order number and we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to process the return. 

Please note that you as the customer will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs of the item(s) in your order as well as a restocking fee. Once your return item(s) have been received and inspected at our warehouse(s), we will send you an email notification that we have processed your return payment (minus a10-40% restocking fee*) to the original payment method.

*Please note: In order to receive a refund for the item(s) that you ordered, the item(s) must be returned to our warehouse(s) in "Like New" condition and must contain all original packaging and accessories. "Like New" means that the items you ordered must not show any visual signs of wear. If item(s) are returned with visual signs of wear, or have any minor issues due to use, items may still qualify for return for "Refurbished Use" in this case a 40% restocking fee will be assessed depending on the condition of the item. Items that are damaged or show significant signs of wear will not be accepted and no refund will be given. If you decide you would like to return your order please email info@northstarfox.com with your order number and we will assist you. We want to make this process as smooth as possible for you.


If you would like to cancel your order, please email or call our customer service team immediately to avoid return shipping fees. Cancellations received before item has shipped will receive a full refund. Orders canceled after items have shipped will follow our 30 day return policy above and subject to return shipping costs. 

In order to expedite the process contact us at info@northstarfox.com for a return authorization. Any return made without an authorization won't be accepted and won't be refunded. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order.
